Paul Grice is Clerk and Chief Executive of the Scottish Parliament. In this role he is head of the Parliamentary Service as well as being the principal advisor on procedural and constitutional matters. He has a strong interest in public policy and in promoting links with academia. Paul has served as ESRC board member and university governor and is currently an advisory board member of Policy Scotland as well as an active Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. Paul is a member of the Implementation Advisory Panel for the Behaviour Change by Design programme.
