Eleni Mantzari

Eleni Mantzari is a Senior Research Associate in the Behaviour and Health Research Unit, University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on the effectiveness of population and individual-level interventions for changing health-related behaviours that are linked to the development of non-communicable diseases. She has a PhD in Health Psychology, which aimed to assess the use of financial incentives for changing health-related behaviours. Her current work focuses on evaluating interventions that involve altering aspects of the physical environment to change behaviour, including the use of portion and package size and labelling interventions for reducing food and drink consumption.
