Susan Jebb is Professor of Diet and Population Health and a Senior Research Fellow at Jesus College, University of Oxford. She is theme lead for diet and obesity in the Oxford NIHR Biomedical Research Centre and co-director of the Wellcome Trust funded LEAP programme (Livestock, Environment and People). Her research aims to develop and test the effectiveness of behavioural interventions to reduce diet-related ill-health, including both individual and population-level actions, and how these might be implemented in everyday settings.
